Plugins admin and crud question

Hi there... At my work we have to build a custom application for a client... and we have a few specifications..

- Plugin administration (add/remove... like WordPress)
- CRUD support
(CI covers all other specs )

For Plugins, we take a look to matchbox and Modular Extension, really we don't know wich is better (based on the specs)

For CRUD, we simply use rapyd, but i have read at rapyd forums that rapyd move on to kohana.. so I don't know if other CRUD proyects still in development :S... and we have CI 1.6.1, so maybe I have to migrate rapyd by myself... or simply try another one... I think raptd is really good

Does anyone can help me make this choice?
