404 warning on Live server in Codeigniter 3

I am trying to install basic codeigniter 3 files in live server. But its show some warning message along with Welcome controller. I am attaching the screenshot here. Please have a look on it and suggest me if you have any idea about it. 

Any help is much appreciated.  I'm happy to provide more information upon request!

You need to speak with your hosting provider on that error it is not a CI error it cannot find the opensll.dll library
What did you Try? What did you Get? What did you Expect?
