Email with attachment 3.1.0 native library having BUG

Hello Guys,

i hope you are doing good. I found a issue in sending email with attachment. Email was going perfectly but attachment was getting broken whenever i tried to open it from my email.

I updated system->library->email.php with below settings and i start working. Default library of 3.1.0 is not correct. Please update it so that other people do not feel trouble as i faced.
