Recharge site with codeigniter

Hi I am new to codeigniter. can you please give a brief idea how to add recharge functionality to my codeigniter site.

What is 'recharge' functionality. If you mean the payment processor for mobiles I don't think it is available for website payments. If it is then it will be documented in their support docs.

I have connected joloapi to my site but the I dont have idea how to make the people pay through payment gateway if wallet balance is not available.My website is a recharge website.
