How to install Codeigniter in local machine in Windows Or Linux OS.

Hello,
Please Guide me How to Install Codeigniter4 in local machine in windows or linux OS?
When I put codeigniter4 Folder in My Htdocs Folder then It show me this message :
"If you see this message, you have not configured your web server properly."
'You need to set your "document root" to the public folder inside your project. This could be your default setting, or that of a virtual host, depending on how you set up your local development environment.'

Index.php is in a "/public/" folder so just add it at your browser..

You need to config the app to point to this folder
