Scaffolding encoding problem ?

Hi everyone,

I'm just begining with CI and I'm a French native speaker so don't care about my english please ^^


I'm reading all the User Guide content and I'm on scaffolding section.

It is working fine with my tables expect with tables that have accent in field names !

For example, a field "niveauSécurité" will produce an "Disallowed Key Characters." error :p

I used to put somme accents in MySQL field and it work fine.

I'am running on Mac OS X with MAMP on php5 an MySQL 5.0.41.

Can you tell me if there is a way to solve this error ?
