What kind of function did you use to encrypt them?
Does it actually run?
What are the dependencies to decrypt them (in real time), if it's running?
What encryption key did you use?

EDIT: On a second thought, that looks more like a weird HEX/BYTE encoding/encryption. You didn't write this yourself did you?
