CI4 Slug Library

Hey all,

So while learning to use and create things with CI4 I ended up playing with an old existing library to convert it to CodeIgniter 4.  

I have it working and figured I'd share what I've learned, so I put it up on GitHub and everyone is welcome to take a look and/or use it.
