Random Error 500

Update

Now another one is having the issue so 3 out of 4.
It went down both Saturday and Sunday.

Wow! Something is causing this...what it is remains to be figured out. I can't make any promises but I see if I can't come up with another possible solution (unless someone else has a suggestion). However, I do have one question. Any reason why you choose IIS over Apache?

This company was using IIS before I came into this position. I don't think that IIS is the issue so there is no reason to change.

Would it be possible to set up some sort of script as a work around that sees the error in php and then automatically recycles the app pool?
