Getting Error When Using Pagination Library

I try using Pagination, but i'm getting error like this:

A PHP Error was encountered
Severity: Notice
Message: Constant UTF8_ENABLED already defined

Who can help me please?

We need more information. Version of CI? What is your php.ini variable 'default_charset' set too? Do you try to change this setting in the code?

I using version 3.1.9 and in my php.ini default charset UTF-8

There may be something wrong with your view. Can you show us the code in your view?
