HELPDESK needed

Hi all,
a helpdesk system is urgently needed for an environmental organisation (important, but without any budget).
Incomming emails with attachments shall be seen, edited and answered by a small team of 'agents'.
Could anyone recommend an existing OS CI application or share a script?

I don't know of a CI created one but https://github.com/osTicket/osTicket is excellent. I have used it multiple times and it has exceeded mine and the customers expectations.
