CI project on CDROM

I have build a project with CI and i have made it on CDROM (obvious no update in database) with success with this free tool http://www.server2go-web.de.

Running a webserver of a cdrom seems strange to me. I rather would have an exe that runs php and php-gtk but as far as i know there is no easy way of accomplishing this.

I'm still not sure how you would interact with a database on a CD. Database are read and write.

Non permanent, but read-and-write.
