Next Version CI3

I think the next version of CI3 should be Combined CI and HMVC, it is the best, user can make module and share, it is simple and familiar. If CI4 is release, it is same other Frameworks with pakage. I like CI3, and what do you think?

In my opinion this will probably not happen because the focus is getting CI4 completed and released. Why not take it as a challenge yourself and see what you can accomplish? Also, there are others in this community that have done pretty much what you are asking. Check around and see what you find.

- CI3 click is to load the page immediately
- CI4 clicked and then stopped for a moment before loading the page
=> Therefore, CI4 needs to fix this
