Adding WhatsApp as reminder in my website

#1
Hello
I already have website, the employee send report text to the table, the do it daily. But some forget to do that. Is it possible to do this? If someone forget to send report for today, at night he will get reminder in his WhatsApp number.
Any library or how to coding it? Any clues?
Thanks

It's always best to read the official documentations. Normally you just use cURL to a pre-defined url.

Well, in real life most probably you do not have access to WhatsApp Business API, because it is restricted to Mid- to Large business and typically integration requires intermediary.

I would recommend to switch to Telegram messenger, Slack or to SMS. Notification for those tools are trivial (OK, for SMS you also need an intermediary, but probably your telco provides has some API).

WhatsApp GB is integrating the Any.do app within the messenger, to allow users to set reminders from within the messaging app. According to a blog post by Any.do, besides being able to set reminders from within WhatsApp, users will also be able to share events and reminders that have been saved on the Any.do app.

WhatsApp's "click to chat” feature allows you to create a link anywhere on your website that opens a new WhatsApp chat with a specified number.
Click to chat works on both mobile phones and with WhatsApp Web. When visitors click the link, it opens a chat and includes a default message.
The instructions below explain how to link a button, but you can link from any element on your site, such as from a menu tab or image.
To link a button to your WhatsApp:
Add a button to your page.
Change the button text, for example, "Contact on WhatsApp".
Click the Link icon .
Click Web Address.
Choose an option:
Create a link without a message: Add https://api.whatsapp.com/send?phone=<number> where the <number> is a full phone number in international format. Omit any zeros, brackets, or dashes when adding the phone number.
Create link with custom message: Add the link as above, and add text= with the message. For example, https://api.whatsapp.com/send?phone=1234...20a%20test. To add a space in custom message use '%20'. The default message in this example is "This is a test".
Click Done.
