Hey Guys & possibly girls,

I am in a middle of android project and finding myself having to also integrate adminPanel in PHP which was suppose to be out of the scope of my work. Anyways With the exception of the common sense used in programming in java, I have 0 skills in PHP so please bear with me and kindly give me some tips as to tackle these errors.

here is me setting up the AdminPanel while running the "php spark serve":

-------------------------------BEGINNING OF COMMAND LINE------------------------------------
tauenjic@c01 [~/code.tauenji.com/install]# php spark serve

config

------------------------------------------------------------

No direct script access allowed

---------------------------------END OF COMMAND LINE----------------------------------------

and below are a few log errors I got from log_error file, would appreciate if any of you guys avoid generic examples and instead provide tips, syntax and semantic fixes particularly applied to my project/error messages if is not too much to ask or what ever helps me get pass this PHP AdminPanel phase as fast as possible:

PHP Notice:  Undefined index: log_path in /home/tauenjic/code.tauenji.com/install/system/core/Log.php on line 127

PHP Warning:  mkdir(): Invalid path in /home/tauenjic/code.tauenji.com/install/system/core/Log.php on line 131

PHP Warning:  include(/home/tauenjic/code.tauenji.com/install/app//errors/html/error_php.php): failed to open stream: No such file or d

irectory in /home/tauenjic/code.tauenji.com/install/system/core/Exceptions.php on line 268

PHP Warning:  include(): Failed opening '/home/tauenjic/code.tauenji.com/install/app//errors/html/error_php.php' for inclusion (include_path='.:/opt/alt/php74/usr/share/pear') in /home/tauenjic/code.tauenji.com/install/system/core/Exceptions.php on line 268

Anywayz these are my issues thought I consult CodeIgniter´s finest, in the hope of demystify these challenging obstacles I seem to be having.

Greatest of Regards by the way

if you changed the default CI 4 folders like all of them being in the root then you will need to
edit the spark file and change the public path to where spark is now.

The error you are stating is from a CI 3 folder access.
What did you Try? What did you Get? What did you Expect?

Look at the top of your .php files and see if it says this.

PHP Code:
<?php
defined
('BASEPATH') OR exit('No direct script access allowed');

If so delete it and just have <?php

That's a CodeIgniter 3 config file it will not work if your using CodeIgniter 4.

It sounds like that is a CodeIgniter 3 project it will not work with CodeIgniter 4.

You will need to download and use CodeIgniter 3. Or convert it all over to CodeIgniter 4.
What did you Try? What did you Get? What did you Expect?

If you look in the forums anddon's section for CodeIgniter 4 you will find Boilerplate which is
an AdminLTE backend that interfaces with Myth/Auth also in the folder.

hi managed to replace the CI 4.4 framework folders with CI 3.1 which as a quick reminder it was highlighted by you that

I was using a project that was built for CI 3 and it would not work with CI4 files(which is what i was doing)

However the project I am working on the "config.php" has a few more aditional "define" functions lines than that of the standard config.php
because it a couple of "define('ci_constant', purchase_code);" and define('gagalget', 'errorpurchase'); for the project which apparently
is not longer comercialised in CodeCanyon and the authors emails "[email protected]" isn´t responsive and the Evato url relating to the project is no longer live "'https://api.envato.com/v3/market/author/sale?code='"
Is there a way i can use this project as a null without the "define('ci_constant', purchase_code);" restricting the AdminPanel? kinda unemployed need this project to fly lol .

I will paste the existing config.php for the project below and then the standard config.php that came with ci3 framework

You can start by remarking them out one by one and then fix the errors for it when they popup.

Outside of that you will need to search all the projects files to find them.
What did you Try? What did you Get? What did you Expect?
