Need help regarding Applying Schema & Sitemap

Hello everyone,

I am not a developer but a newbie in SEO field, i have experience in Wordpress but codeigniter is new to me, recently i got a client through reference. he has a site of news www(dot)newsmakers.com.pk and all he wants me to add Schema & Sitemap.

I have searched on google but couldn't get the result which i can apply on my site.
