FreakAuth_light problem

Gooday earthlings,

I just installed FreakAuth_light 1.1 into my server.
-This is my site that i have created http://localhost/CodeIgniter/
-After registering a new user, system prompt a message at my header. Below is the message that appears;

"Your server does not support the GD function required to process this type of image.

JPG images are not supported"

Can anyone help me on this? Thank you in advanced

You should download the GD lib here: http://www.libgd.org/releases/, and install it.

-extract
-./configure
-make
-make installe

It should work once you restart your server.
