CI CMS? Anything free out there?

I have a web site I have to put together for a friend's personal training business, and he has no money for this. I was hoping there was a CMS out there that is built on CI that I could use for this. I don't want to use Joomla, etc. if I can help it.

Any ideas?

June, July for CI version of EE but there not guaranteeing it! Blaze or InkType are your best options.
