I agree, but despite its more than 20-year history of active development, even today many consider it to be an inferior programming language. Until now, in the minds of some developers, there is a myth that only simple one-page sites and "business cards" are made in PHP.

What's even more amazing is that if you mention WordPress or Wikipedia almost everyone has heard of one or the other.  Then you mention the fact that it was developed with PHP (mind blown emoji!) and don't even mention Facebook/Meta.

To be honest, it's true... Also, most forums doeveloped by PHP

Yeah I too feel that as it being more user friendly, as wordpress is based on PHP it is more convenient for non coders and develop a budget friendly website for their business or for earning as freelance.
