Creating a form from a model

is there a way to create a complete form from a model?

yes, but why? the model should really be doing databasey stuff.

beciase lets say i make some change to a database table and i have 2 different places i have a form for entering data into this table, I would then have to go to each spot and make the changes where is the model generate the form for me, I make the changes in the model and it is done in all form for this model.
