i need directions for building photoforum with CI

hello everybody,
i`m new php coder and trying learn...i`m started my little project that uses CI at home

my project is : Non-pro photographers forum
1. News publish (from Admin CP)
2. User registration with secure password
3. Users has very own Photoblog and Photoupload
4. Users can rate others photo..
5. Forum with moderation + ACP
6. and more..

Welcome to the community! Are you new to PHP as well as CI?

The first place to start for developing your project is researching the forums, user guide and wiki. There are a ton of great libraries that have been developed for user management, file uploading, asset management... etc.

Do you already have your logic and application theory mapped out? This would be important to help keep your project on track and give you a sense of accomplishment as you finish up milestones.

Also feel free to ask your questions on the forums - just remember to search first.

i mapped my theory and logicly drew database tables..
i know how to track projects but need learn CI ..
