Head on over to InkType.org to download the latest version of InkType. Here is a list of the changes in InkType Neptune:

* BUGFIX: Visitor Stats - Daily now works properly
* FEATURE: Admins can choose to enable / disable WYSIWYG editor in their user profile
* FEATURE: Admins can enable / disable the site
* FEATURE: Admins can track user logins
* FEATURE: New custom TinyMCE image upload plugin for admin backend (thanks wiredesignz)
* ENHANCEMENT: Implemented initial download throttler
* ENHANCEMENT: Admin User control panel improved
* ENHANCEMENT: System setting changes now shows when settings are saved
* ENHANCEMENT: Added inktype_user_panel() to inktype_helper
* ENHANCEMENT: Date / time can now be changed on posts
* ENHANCEMENT: Admin category page now shows num posts per category
* ENHANCEMENT: A category cannot be deleted if it contains posts
* ENHANCEMENT: Visual improvements to admin panel
* ENHANCEMENT: System now requires admin to create first account upon first time accessing control panel
* REFACTOR: Moved login set_session to lib_login
* REFACTOR: User registration no longer needs username; uses email address instead; all logins use email address instead of username
* DATABASE: Several database tweaks

How to change the template. I look user guide for inktype, and template system is blank. Can you tell me, how to create template fr inktype.

Try the user guide again. The template page is no longer blank... however it's not complete. I've been struggling with which format I want to offer the documentation as.

I'm currently putting together a template package installer for InkType that should help you see how they work. If you have specific questions, let me know.

i put ? to access unaccessible site at work, which opens the site without CSS and javascripts. still can read text.

Sorry but adjusting the allowed characters in the URL is not something that is going to happen. If you have your own install you can adjust it to suit your needs.
