pagination page number display

Hey guys,

I have been reading through many threads but am confused. Now I have been doing this pagination for one hour. Now i know that in the pagination library you can set how many listings you want per page. But what about the page number it is on. How come you cannot set page number but only the listing per page.

How would I be able determine what page number should display the LIMIT x, y listings without knowing the page number.

I think i have solved this by deducting the amount of units from the per_page variable.

How can I delete threads? from this forum.
