Hi, would like to enquire on the possible cause of why when customers from another website for example wants to see shipping rates from our website using api, it doesn't display the shipping rates? Thanks.

How could we possibly know anything about your API? Post some code.

OMG, some people really believe we can accesss the code on any server from anywhere in the world and fix any problem without knowing anything.
