flexigrid problem in IE - can't see headers or buttons

My website is below- everything works great in Safari and FF. However, in IE, when I load my dialog box and use flexigrid to display the data, the data loads, but the column headings and my two buttons - Add ans Save - don't show up. The buttons are actually there and work, if you poke around above where the column headings should be. I'm at a loss as to what to look for, as I'm running the latest jquery (1.2.6), ui.dialog and flexigrid. I've tried IE on Vista, XP Home, and it bombs. IE on XP Pro works fine as does FF on each platform. Anyone have any ideas?
