Modifying style guide for CI

I have been translating the style guide in user guide to Japanese.

This document is simply imported from EE documentation and many parts are not relevant for CI (like localized text in control panel section).

I don't think many corrections need to be made and I'm wiliing to help. I also found some grammatical errors in the text and can anybody here tell me where to report such errors?

You can report them as bugs with a low urgency level.
