2 network and 2 different IP scenario

I have this app that runs on a PC that has 2 LAN connections (different IP, different router[not sure if this matter]), basically the application run on one of the network but not on the other. Is it possible to run it on both?

You have to configure the web server to listen on both IPs/ports. Setting up CI with a dynamic "base_url" address in config.php (you can search in this forum) would do the trick.
