An SqlServer Driver for CI

I don't know if anyone else has ever needed to connect CI to an SqlServer DB, but I did, so I hacked together a little DB driver for it.

This requires that the requisite php extension be installed as well as the client service.

Right now its just the base driver and result files.

I give this free of use to anyone who needs it. Just don't sell it or say it's your own.

I got it to the point that it is usable for me, but feel free to expand upon it as required.

To use, just unzip the file in a directory called sqlsrv in your system/database/drivers folder and set the name of the db driver in your config file to sqlsrv.
