export to PDF

Hi,

Im working on export to PDF. Currently im using PHPexcel. My problem is that the file that iam converting to pdf is huge. it has 18000+ rows and 11 Columns. Script execution is taking too long and it says "gateway timeout 504". Do you know any PDF lib that can generate PDF faster? Or is there a workaround solution for error 504? thanks
