CI2.0 question

Firstly, I would never knock CI. I think it is awesome and I use it for about 75% of my projects.

I just downloaded CI2.0 and I have one question.

What is new?

Apart from packages + placing core libraries into a different folder I don't see a great deal that is different on the surface.

Is this more like 1.8 than 2.0?

Is there some sort of post with a definitive new features list?

On the surface and even in the internals, it doesn't necessarily look like a huge upgrade. But I think it's significant that it is the beginning of the end for support of php 4.x. I also think it's noteworthy and an indication of the importance of lean-ness that Scaffolding and Plugins are being deprecated. The Application Packages are cool, too.
