I was looking around on github and i noticed that there was a facebook library. Sadly this facebook library didnt incorperate caching functionality so i added it myself and resubmitted it back to github. My improvements to the code brings config options to turn caching on or off and sets the cache time in minutes in application/config/facebook.php. Cached facebook graph objects are stored as .json files in application/cache. Since the author of the original code is ignoring my pull request i thought id upload it here.
