when i make promision 775 dosent upload when is 777 upload but i get error : escapeshellarg() has been disabled for security reasons

Seems like escapeshellarg was disabled by your ISP or your webserver's admin. You should contact them and ask them - or look up their FAQ if there is any.

Sorry to say, but it has primarily nothing to do with CI
