Reserved Routes in tutorial

At the bottom of the documentation for http://ellislab.com/codeigniter/user-gui...outing.htm it says Important: The reserved routes must come before any wildcard or regular expression routes.

But in the http://ellislab.com/codeigniter/user-gui...ction.html the default is at the end.

Does it matter?
