Stylesheet not loading in IE & some other things

Hey all,

I just made my first dummy site with CI, but I have some problems =>

1. In internet explorer my stylesheet doesn't load always, but when i hit the refresh button it suddenly does load
It also doesn't occur on every page, but I just can't find out what's going wrong?

2. On some pages at the top of the page I have suddenly the piece of text "code".
I don't know where it comes from, but it bugs the hell out of me. If you view the source, you'll see that the piece of text is added even before the DTD declaration

But because maybe all this is hard to imagine, you can maybe view it yourself @ http://www.christopheholvoet.be/ADMIN

I tested it on IE 7! don't know what it is in IE6

(don't mind the x-browser issues, in firefox it works fine (except also for the "code" piece of text that suddenly pops up.
