This menu button might have a problem

Part I
I visit http://www.codeigniter.com/userguide3, do nothing.
I visit http://www.codeigniter.com/userguide3/ov...index.html, click the button and go to old style.
I visit http://www.codeigniter.com/userguide3/tu...index.html, it appears as the new style.

Part II
I visit http://www.codeigniter.com/userguide3, click the button and go to old style.
I visit http://www.codeigniter.com/userguide3/ov...index.html, it's old style. I click the button and go to new style.
I visit http://www.codeigniter.com/userguide3/tu...index.html, it still appears as the old style.

Maybe caused by cookie path?

Not shure if this is the correct place to make a contribution to the documentation or not. I could not find the source files on github so I will just post my remark here

The documentation of the pagination class is wrong concerning the "rel" attribute. The documentation states that there are being used by default and you can turn them off by setting $config['attributes']['rel'] to false. But in fact it's the other way around, rel attributes are disabled by default and could be enabled by setting the config variable.
