Convert posted page to pdf along with form fields and data

I have form page where user submits their data. I want to convert the entire page(with all form fields willed with user's data) to PDF.

wkhtmltopdf seems promising, but I'm afraid of installation since the site will be hosted on a shared server. I think it should be installed via shell command?
