Trouble installing Shield

I don't know why the command is not found.

If you installed Shield correctly, the command should be found.
If you show the all installation steps and output, someone might help you.

I finally solved it, sorry but I hadn't considered the fact that the XAMPP installation had an old PHP version

That's one reason why I switched from XAMPP to Laragon, XAMPP is not updated like it use to be
since they moved to GitHub!

Does anyone experienced after setting up the Shield the auth routes such as login, register, logout are too slow to respond upon visiting? I have done the setup and I followed it correctly but the problem is the slow response.
