Help witch Eclipse

I just downloaded Eclipse for php developers from here but I, not sure what to do next in order to get it working with CI.... first of all... what should my workspace folder be?? I assume htdocs?? also.. how do I start editing a CI project that is already started??... also, how do I get code completion??... please help.
