Can you try to provide more detail on this kind of report?
Specifically what browser, version, platform, and hostname are in play here?
There are (at least) four threads that you should read that cover people's confusion about sessions, and they generally relate to Microsoft IE, broken host names, clocks with inaccurate time, and underscores.

Despite occasional bleating, I don't think there's a recorded (or at least reproducible) instance of sessions being in any way weird once you fix up the underscore and time problems.
