Problem, upgrade 1.6.3 to 1.7

Hi guys

I would like to upgrade CI 1.6.3 to 1.7. following the rules:

system/codeigniter
system/database
system/helpers
system/language
system/libraries

but when I run my system, the templates loaded by parser are print twice in webpage.
The first before html tag and the second print in right local.
Anybody know what´s this?
