If it can help speed you up, I recommend https://www.deepl.com/translator 
I use it as a starting point when translating, then I correct the text as needed. I'd say it's correct in at least 80% of the time. You can use the website, but with their app for Mac or Windows it's even quicker to do the job.

If you use DeepL free, it seems you do not have Copyright of the translations.
If so, you can't redistribute the translations.

I don't think this copyright notice covers the resulting translations. That wouldn't make any sense. It's most probably some lawyer speak to cover anything they didn't think of.

Could help with the Dutch translations, do we have default EN language to translate in the NL folder? Couldn't find it inside the repo itself.
