Aw, Snap! : Chrome showing error but FireFox showing correctly.

a page created in CI3 was running fine in Chrome browser, but now it is showing below error. when run in FireFox it is showing page normally. 
it contains grid data which is readonly ( a report ), using single table and only 3 where clauses: fromdate, todate and status. the data contains only 7000 rows. 


we clear data, cache etc. as per google recommendation, but still Chrome failed to show this page.
what is the reason and how to resolve this problem? please help us.

when reducing records to 6900 then it is showing correctly in Chrome.
but in FireFox we tested same page for 15000 records (more than double) then again it is showing all the records.
it means DataTable is not limiting but Chrome.

is here anybody solved this problem before? if so, please help.
