Hey! GNU/Linux systems are anal about everything. That's part of the appeal.

In this case though - the ucfirst() requirement applies within the file contents, so nothing to do with the OS or the FS. This is definitely a CI requirement, though it doesn't seem to be enforced. Or rather, nothing seems to break if you ignore it.
