CI and XML

I currently have this

3d Flash Wall

It is a flash element that displays photos in a nice 3d style way.

It reads from an xml file called data.xml

How would i go about making this dynamic? I don't want a full tutorial, I just need a point in the right direction.

I want to serve the data to it vs it reading from a file since it will be a search and there can be multiple people searching on the site at the same time.
