fckeditor and html links

I have looked for a solution to this and am not sure what to do. I have an FCKEditor that I insert HTML links into and when they display they are prepended with the site base url.

insert html link:

http://peter.stillhq.com/jasmine/Cube/LittleCube

html link as displayed:
