Firefox doesn't like my CI-based URL

No, the computer is a dedicated Linux box.

And I'm not using the CI-based redirect helper/library thing because I had problems with it initially, and so just went with the "raw" PHP code.

Thanks for taking a look at it.

My plan at this point is just to rewrite the utility in plain PHP, but I hate to do that because I *really* like what CI gives you and have been looking forward to moving everything towards it.

Now, I guess this isn't necessarily a CI problem, but I think with a "normal" URL (cid=12&foo=bar) I probably wouldn't be seeing the problem. (I guess I'll find out.)
