What you think about Ruby On Rails?

I'm asking the same question for more than 1 year now !
and here's the result :
- why learning a new language as php can do everything ?
- ROR is a bit easier and human readable than php.
- php resources is much more than ruby's
- it's easy to get php hosting, although ROR is installed on my cpanel server, but it should run on other port than 8080 !
- so, it's better to wait for CodeIgniter 2 or you can learn other php framework such as Symfony 2 / CakePHP / Yii
- If you're planning to learn a new language, why not Actionscript or Python ?
