I have some friends and when I am going to lunch a project I call them to test it. So you need to have a little community of people (they don't have to be programmers), which test your sites. If you don't have it, you have to find some forum (like this), and write to get help with testing.

Project: You may build special site for your project with demo, screens, info, downloads, forums etc.
