Code ignighter file upload

Hello Im creating a php app that uploads a given file to a folder in a users home directory. I specify to directory '/home/test/' as the upload location for the uploader class. However it seems not to upload the file to that location for some reason. I have checked permisions and they should not be an issue.

Any other advice i should watch out for please?
