I can understand how you feel and I definitely think that just having an active admin as you is something refreshing which I greatly thank you for.

I just personally think that lazy\amateur\noob users will always be around, especially if CI will grow to be a real main-stream development framework, and the best way to answer their questions is with a straight forward answer with an extra note that this information could have been easily found by the user himself.

Either this or a strict policy of answering those questions with something like "this information is available in the user guide\forums. Go look for it first.", which I personally don't think is right for this application.

But let me just finish again with a thank you for your work on CI, your activity in the forums and specifically answering my questions - so thank you.

p.s - also thanks for the great work on bambooinvoice, which I can't tell you how much I wait for it to get more of your attention...
